Successful coaching takes a special blend of experience,
talent, and patience – blending diverse personalities
into a cohesive team with a common goal, and developing
strategies for individual performance. Jerry’s awareness
of team dynamics has led to the development of his “Dare
to Fail” philosophy, motivating leaders
to become risk takers with vision, and stressing balance
of positive attitude with progressive goal setting and achievement. Jerry Graczyk’s background in
athletics, business management,
team building and individual development is the foundation
on which his coaching skills are built.
Over a
decade ago, Coach G than began his affiliation with BNI as a
member of the BNI Rainmakers chapter of the Detroit metro
area of Michigan. Coach has held numerous chapter offices
including that of past president. Coach G became a
director and trainer for BNI-MI and now is the executive
director and training facilitator for all of Western New
York. Coach G has attended over 1000 BNI meetings and has
facilitated hundreds of training sessions. Coach conducts multiple MSP (Member Success Programs),
advanced trainings and leadership trainings for the benefit
of the BNI members within WNY. |

Carl Lewandowski

Carl
Lewandowski is the Design Electrician for CenterLine Design
located in the beautiful town of Lockport, New York.
With over 30 years experience,
Carl has a unique ability to make his clients happy. He
attributes this to educating his customers so they fully
understand the electrical process. Also, he takes the time to make
home owners part of the electrical design process. When his
installation is complete, the home owners gets exactly what
was designed. No other electrician takes the time to do
this. As a New York Board of Fire Underwriters inspected electrician,
his 30 years of Electrical Design and installations
makes Carl one of the areas most sought after
Design Electricians. Specialties include, new home builds,
home additions, service entrance upgrades, standby generator
specification and installation. Aluminum to Copper
conversion, fuse to breaker conversion.
Carl has been a member of BNI since 2001. A
current member of BNI Buffalo's First Chapter. Carl has served as President,
served on the Membership Committee, Event Coordinator and Visitor Host.
He has been an Area Director for Team WNY since 2004.
Carl lives with his wife Penny, and
daughter Crystal in Lockport, New York. Carl can be reached via

Harry King

A Sales and Sales Manager
for over 15 years in industries and companies ranging
from SuperPages.com and Findlaw.com. to Management
Consulting and Mortgage Origination. Harry has lived in
the City of Buffalo for 15 years.
Harry has a spouse, two boys
and 3 dogs. He enjoys renovating old homes and currently
is working refurbishing a 1912 Arts and Crafts Four
Square in North Buffalo.
As a BNI
director, Harry supports the membership as a training
facilitator teaching the word of mouth marketing
strategy.

John Slaughter

John was
introduced to BNI in 2002 and immediately saw the potential
to grow his business while helping other professionals grow
their businesses. In his chapter, BNI – Expanded Horizons,
he has served as a Visitor Host, 3 terms as Educational
Coordinator and as chapter President.
As a director, John’s varied background allows him to bring
an array of experiences to help chapters grow and prosper in
Western New York. After an Honorable Discharge from the
navy, John put himself through college as the owner and
operator of his school of Karate as a 3rd degree
black belt (san dan). In 1971 John earned his doctorate
degree in psychology from the University of Denver and moved
to Fredonia to teach in the State University of New York
system. In 2001 when John was introduced to his current
Wellness Consulting business, he had two full time jobs and
was not looking for something else to do but his passion to
educate and help others prevailed. He was a physiological
psychologist teaching at SUNY – Fredonia and he was a master
photographer – owner and operator of a photographic studio
in Fredonia, New York. As a physiological psychologist, John
specializes in how the body works. He has taught for more
than 35 years and has published a number of research
articles. As a master photographer, John’s work has been
published, it has been displayed at Disney’s Epcot Center
and the Eastman Kodak House in Rochester and he was also
president of the New York State Professional Photographers
Association.
John has
now been a Wellness Consultant with Nikken for five years.
As a Wellness Consultant John’s focus is on prevention and
living a balanced life. Balanced in terms of having a
healthy body, healthy mind, healthy family relationships,
healthy society and healthy finances. |

Carl Leas

Carl Leas was a charter member of the
first BNI Chapter in Hamburg, New York in February 2000. He currently is
a member of BNI Business Networkers meeting in West Seneca.
In his 8 plus years of involvement with BNI he has held all
Leadership Team Positions as well as all Leadership Team
support positions.
He has been involved in the office
products field since 1967, starting as a stock boy for
Ulbrich’s and moved to Pride Office Products in November of
1988, and has been involved in the
outside sales of office products since 1979.
He is a Life Member of the NRA and is a
certified pistol instructor. In addition he is a member of
Scope (Shooter’s Committee on Political Education), ATA
(Amateur Trap Association), a member of the Board of
Director’s of the Alden Rod & Gun Club, and shoots in
several competitive pistol leagues in the area. |
